On January of 2003, a group of 5 churches under the spiritual oversight of Pastors Richard & Ning Conte formed Victory Churches of Asia in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. On April of 2003 the Conte’s & a church planting team moved to Fairview in order to plant the VCA Fairview Church. VCA Fairview began on September 21, 2003 & has grown to over 1500 attendees in just 6 years. VCA has now planted 23 churches throughout the Philippines.
